Super Special Awesome

Alliteration is the repetition of a consonant sound in a line or sentence. In the song, “Better be a Better Boy” by Mick Terry, alliteration is found in the title and in the song in a few different places. “Better be a better boy.” Alliteration can be found in these lyrics. The band repeats the “b” sound in the words: better (twice), be, boy. I think he used alliteration because he wanted this boy to be better than he all ready is or be better than the other boys. Alliteration can make a song awesome by the writer can repeat any letter to make a line that could sound cool. If you want to see the lyrics to this song, you can see it at this link-
